Geri brings value to clients by applying her unique combination of expertise in marketing communication, public relations and leadership development. She is particularly experienced at helping organizations maximize communication investments and reach employee engagement goals by aligning all internal and external messaging with brand and culture.

Geri has worked extensively with executives, providing media and employee communication coaching and messaging for mergers, acquisitions and other major change initiatives. Prior to doing consulting work with Leslie Kline Lukas’ clients, Geri’s career included being Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Inacom, a former Fortune 500 publicly held corporation, and communication management positions with Ameritrade and Oriental Trading Company. She was also management development manager at First National Bank.

Geri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska. She is an accredited public relations professional; a certified coach; and a certified emotional intelligence facilitator. Geri is currently active with ICAN as a member of their leadership faculty.
